Return & Exchange Policy – KALAKAरी

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Only size exchanges or replacements for defective/damaged products are allowed.

❌ Not Eligible:

• Worn, washed, or customized items.

• Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

📦 Return Process:

1. Drop us an email at support@kalakaridesign.com or WhatsApp us 9910805579 with your order ID and issue.

2. Our team will guide you through the simple pickup or courier process.

3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or issue store credit within 3–5 working days.

🚚 Free Pickups:

• We offer free reverse pickups in most pin codes.

• If reverse pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship and we’ll reimburse the courier charges (up to ₹100).
